1.ELIGIBILITY

The deadbeat garage Car Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of deadbeat garage (the “Sponsor”) and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses) and household members are not eligible to participate.

The Sweepstakes begins on 7-7-2026 at 12:00 AM MST and ends on 9-11-2026 at 11:59 PM MST (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

3.HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:A. Merchandise Purchase: For every $5.00 USD spent on eligible merchandise atdeadbeatgarage.com(or at the Sponsor’s designated merchandise page) during the Sweepstakes Period, the purchaser will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Purchase amounts are calculated on the basis of the item price before shipping, handling and taxes. Multiple purchases during the Sweepstakes Period will be cumulative and will result in additional entries at the rate above. Any attempt to obtain entries by using multiple/different identities, email addresses, accounts, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified.

B. Alternative Method of Entry (Free Entry):

To obtain one (1) free entry without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, daytime telephone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card or piece of paper. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by [End Date] and received by Sponsor no later than [7 days after End Date]. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

4.PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive a 1999 Honda Civic EK build (the "Prize").The Prize is awarded “AS-IS,” with no warranties, representations or guarantees, express or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.The approximate retail value (ARV) of the Prize is $10,000. Actual value may vary.
